Vesturvin is a new residential development in Reykjavík, revitalizing a historic industrial area. It strategically connects the
city center, Vesturbær, and the Grandi district, promoting pedestrian-friendly living with good neighborhood connections,
parks and a public square. Offering diverse apartment sizes and designs, it prioritizes quality outdoor spaces and includes
commercial services and a restaurant. Apartments feature floor-to-ceiling windows with sea or garden views, emphasizing
natural ligh and quality materials. The project is designed by an international team of architects and designers from Iceland,
the Netherlands, and Italy.
